Rise of Rosa is convinced that things can be done the right way for everyone and that everyone can benefit positively from better working and production methods in the leather industry. People who produce our bags should be rewarded with good wages. We ensure that the factories we work with meet the highest standards (SA8000). In addition, we are committed to demonstrably sustainable production.

If you use our returns procedure, you can exchange and return the order with a small contribution to the shipping costs. Of course, you can also return the products via a carrier other than our choice, in which case the costs are entirely yours. Returning your order is quick and easy. You click on return on our website and then follow the instructions. It works very simply. You can also find a more detailed explanation of how to return on our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned items. You can of course place a new order with the article you would like to receive.If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received your returned goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement by e-mail that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can read our return policy (see bottom of page). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from the contract, all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs will be returned to you by us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
